Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines when you can cancel an order and how refunds are processed at ApnaSpare. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Important: Cancellations are only accepted before an order is confirmed and processing has begun. ApnaSpare does not support Cash on Delivery (COD) — all payments are made online, and refunds are returned to the original payment method.

1. Cancellation Window

Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been confirmed and our team has not started processing or working on it. Once we begin processing your order — including sourcing, packing, or handing it over to the courier — the cancellation cannot be accepted.

If your order is already out for delivery, you may choose to reject it at the doorstep, but this does not automatically guarantee a refund.

2. Refund — Payment Only

In the event of a valid cancellation or an approved refund, we will refund only the amount paid online at the time of placing the order. No cash refund or alternative compensation is provided.

ApnaSpare does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid online at checkout, and refunds (when applicable) are processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer support team within 1 day of receipt. The request will be reviewed once the seller or merchant has checked and verified the issue at their end.

If the product received is not as described on the site or does not match your expectations, bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 day of receiving it. Our team will assess the complaint and take an appropriate decision.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

For complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturer, please refer the issue directly to the respective manufacturer. ApnaSpare will assist wherever possible, but warranty claims are ultimately governed by the manufacturer's terms.
